Grade 9 Mandatory Safe Environment session @ 9:45 – 10:45 am in the Parish Office Building

In September 2020, the Diocese of Albany began using the Circle of Grace Safe Environment training curriculum in our parishes and Catholic schools for children and young people in grades K-12. This ensured a universal curriculum that empowers our children and young people to be aware of boundary violations, build healthy friendships and to establish qualities of trusted adults. As we begin our third year, parishes are required to deliver at least one lesson per grade.

Attached is the parent letter outlining the program and the grade level lesson for this year’s Circle of Grace program. The Catechist will be using grade appropriate information from the attached PDF during the Faith Formation session on Sunday, Oct. 2 from 9:45 – 10:45 am.   If you are new to our OLV/OLS Faith Formation or have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
