Hello Grade 9 Parents and Youth!

This Sunday, March 12 will be a Home Lesson to review Lesson from March 5:

CHOSEN Lesson 10 “Why tell my sins to a priest?” (The Healing Power of Confession)

Lesson 11 “How does God help when it hurts?” (Anointing of the Sick and Redemptive Suffering)

Please use this time to go on your Thinktific account to review the workbook and videos from lesson 10 and Lesson 11 , especially if you have been absent!

Final Reminder:  

The Sacrament of Reconciliation Prayer Service for all children and youth in grades 3-9 will be held on Saturday, March 18 at 1 pm in the OLV Church. Please mark your Calendars! Please bring your Gr. 3-9 child/youth to the OLV Church at 1 pm.  Remain until they are done and have reflected on their penance. You are then free to leave with your child/youth. One parent or guardian must attend.

Resources for the children and youth to prepare for their Confession were sent home and are attached.

Please email me to confirm your child’s /youth’s attendance by this Friday, March 10. We need to make sure that there are enough priests available!
