Hello Grade 2 Families,

Reminder:

Our next First Eucharist Prep session is Sunday, Jan 23 @ 9:45 – 10:45 in the Parish Center. Families are encouraged to attend Mass if possible. (Masks are required). The Family Mass is at 11:15 am. The other Mass times are Saturday 4 pm and Sunday 8:15 am at OLV.

Due to the cancellation on Jan 9, It will be great if you could review the missed lesson below with your child:

Using Blessed online Workbook (Seasons 7-12)

• Review Blessed Workbook: Session 1 (Online Pages 1-30 including the Show What You Know, pg.29)

Chapter 1 ("Season 7"), Episode 2 Video: Your Journey with God Continues (10 minutes)

Chapter 1 ("Season 7"), Episode 4 Video: What Makes Sunday Special (4 minutes)

• Review Blessed Workbook: Session 3,only through the Introductory Rites (online pages 45-49)

Chapter 3 ("Season 9"), Episode 2 video: The Introductory Rites (8 minutes)

• Pray the Hail Mary prayer (Children should learn this by April :)

Grade K-10 Circle of Grace Home Lesson - Please sign and return the Parent Authorization Form by March 15.

Wednesday, February 9 - First Eucharist Parent Meeting 7-8 pm - Education Center, Rm. 116

Sunday, April 3 - Gr. 2 FIRST EUCHARIST RETREAT at 9:45-10:45 am in the Parish Ctr.

Friday, April 29 - Gr. 2 REHEARSAL FIRST EUCHARIST at 5:30 pm in the OLV Church

Saturday, April 30 - CELEBRATION OF THE SACRAMENT OF FIRST EUCHARIST at 10:00 am OLV Church
