Hello Gr. 2 Parents and Guardians,
Reminders:
- Our next Gr. K-6 sessions are on November 7 - 9:45-10:45 am - In Person, except for Grade 4- Virtual session. PLEASE send your Blessed Workbook in on Nov. 7.
- Parents will drop their child/children off at the MAIN DOOR of the Education Center between 9:30 – 9:45 am. All catechists and children will wear a mask.
- A REVISED K-6 Faith Formation Schedule is attached. There are 3 revised dates in RED that needed to be changed because they were initially scheduled on holiday weekends or school breaks. A schedule will go home with your child on Nov. 7 and is available at www.olvols.org under the Formation tab> Parent Updates FF/YM.
First Reconciliation for Grade 2 Children will take place on Tuesday, November 23 at 5:30 PM or Saturday, December 4 at 10 am.
Please let me know what day you would like to attend as soon as possible but no later than Sunday, Nov. 14. Masks are encouraged to be worn in the Church.
The First Reconciliation Retreat for Gr. 2 children will take place at the scheduled Nov. 21 session from 9:45 – 10:45 am in the Ed. Center Gym. A Parent or Guardian will need to attend. PLEASE bring in your Blessed Workbook for the Nov. 21. Session.
Information and resources to help prepare for the Sacrament of Reconciliation will be sent home on Nov. 7. I look forward to celebrating this special Sacrament with you and your child!
NOVEMBER FAMILY SERVICE PROJECT
All K-10 Families are invited to participate in our November Service Project: Thanksgiving Hospitality Bags for the Grafton Food Pantry at our Lady of the Snow. A detailed flyer can be found at www.olvols.org under the Formation tab> Parent Updates FFYM. All bags can be dropped off either at OLS Church on Saturday, November 13 from 10am -2 pm or at OLV Church on Sunday, November 14 from 9am -1 pm.
