Hello First Eucharist Families,

This Sunday we celebrate Divine Mercy Sunday!! I know you are also preparing your children for First Eucharist - but wanted to pass along a few videos that reinforce this weekend’s gospel and explain Divine Mercy Sunday (the Second Easter!!)

Also: here are the resources to help you prepare your child for First Eucharist next Saturday! I am sure they are getting excited and may be nervous too! Hopefully, review of these resources will help them to know what will be happening and what to expect!

Review The Mass: 

• Watch Video: So Many Wonders!
• Blessed Book: Session 2: The Greatest Event on Earth /Session 3: The Word of God / Session 4: The Eucharist
• Review Book: The Picture Missal (given out at the Retreat)

Practice reading responses (loud and clear!) and what happens at the different parts of the Mass- Jesus is with us in a special way in the Word (Readings form the Bible) and in the blessed Eucharist!
