Hello Gr. 1,3-8 Families!

This weekend, Sunday, March 12 is a Home lesson. There are no in-person sessions.

March 12, 2023 • 3rd Sunday of Lent:

In Sunday’s Gospel, Jesus meets and speaks with a Samaritan woman at a well. Jesus reveals himself as the one who provides living water. His words amaze her, and she realizes that Jesus must be the Promised One. She cannot keep the message to herself but rushes to tell her townspeople, who listen to Jesus and come to believe in him too.

Additional Reminders:

This year, the Sacrament of Reconciliation Prayer Service for all children and youth in grades 3-9 will be held on Saturday, March 18 at 1 pm in the OLV Church. Please mark your Calendars! Please bring your Gr. 3-9 child/youth to the OLV Church at 1 pm.  Remain until they are done and have reflected on their penance. You are then free to leave with your child/youth. One parent or guardian must attend. Resources for the children and youth to prepare for their Confession were sent home mailed to anyone who was absent and are attached.

Please email me to confirm your child’s /youth’s attendance by Friday, March 10.  We need to make sure that there are enough priests available!
