Hello First Reconciliation Families!

Thank you for your time last evening! If you were unable to attend, I will be in touch to schedule a time we can meet for you to receive the materials and meeting information.

PLEASE NOTE: On Sunday, Oct 2, we will begin First Reconciliation preparation from 9:45 – 10:45 am in the Education Center, Classroom 119. Parents can bring in or pick up all of their children into the buildings.

- Each child will receive a backpack and folder with the Together in Faith 6 lessons for Oct – December.  (see schedule of lessons attached).

- Folders and backpacks will go back and forth each week. The folder is to be brought back to every scheduled lesson

-Together in Jesus (6) Lessons will be completed in class with some activity sheets that go along with it (which will be sent home to finish if we don’t finish everything some weeks) Parents: please talk about the lesson with their children.

-Home Lessons will be completed in the small God’s Gift of Forgiveness booklet with assignments specified each week. We will be checking that they are completed, which is why we ask the entire folder goes back and forth. Parents will be emailed a reminder of the Home assignment with directions and a Parent Teaching Guide to review the weekly Lessons.

-Please practice the Our Father, Hail Mary, and Act of Contrition daily/nightly (all three are on the inside of their purple folders).
