Review: What is Eucharistic Adoration?

Eucharistic Adoration is silently adoring or honoring the Eucharistic Presence of Christ before us in our Chapel. A sacred vessel in our chapel, called a monstrance, houses the Body, Soul and Divinity of Our Lord in a consecrated host. During a Holy Hour of Eucharistic Adoration, we remain silent in His Presence and open ourselves to the graces which flow from the Eucharist. Exposition and worship of Our Lord in such a manner has been a tradition of our Church for many centuries

How do people spend a Holy Hour?

Some people read Scripture, pray, or say the Rosary. Others spend time in contemplation or meditation. A quiet Holy Hour in Adoration can be the most profound, meaningful, joyful, peaceful and healing experience one could ever encounter.

We will see everyone on Wednesday 10/14 at 6:30 pm at the OLV Church.

Thank you!

Mary
