 On Wednesday, December 7^th, our parish is hosting an adult  education event conducted by Father Steven Yusko, a newly-ordained priest of our diocese who is the parochial vicar at St. Madeline Sophie Church and St. Gabriel’s Church in Schenectady.  The title of Father’s talk is “The Devil Made Me Do it!”.  The session begins at 7:00 pm in OLV Church.  Please join us for this intriguing talk with questions and  answers to follow.

Please save the date!  On Thursday, December 15th we are fortunate to host Jonathon Fanning, a Catholic author who speaks across the country and internationally for churches, converences and leadership training events.  Fanning will speak to the parish with a presentation titled, “God, I have a Few Questions...”.   This Presentation is Free and please bring a friend!

Blue Christmas Prayer Service

Sunday, December 18th at 3:00 PM in OLV Church

Join us and bring a friend.  A candlelight service of hope and  comfort, that acknowledges the difficulties many of us face near this time… a loss or hardship such as death, illness, a financial difficulties, loss of a job, an addiction, depression…or other reasons that makes celebrating Christmas a struggle. In the midst of our pain and sadness, there is the promise and comfort of the Lord.  Eucharistic Adoration Holy Hour will immediately following the service.
